Main Features

1. SF6 gas recovery, purification, filling, and storage. The quality of SF6 gas after purification meets the requirements of the GB/T 12022 standard.

2. Cylinder pretreatment device: Water bath heating and vaporization are adopted to improve the gas recovery rate.

3. Gas pretreatment device of the SF6 purification and handling equipment: It can handle SF6 decomposition gases with excessive content in waste gas.

4. Gas buffer tank: It can store a large amount of SF6 gas and improve the SF6 treatment rate.

5. The SF6 purification and handling equipment is equipped with a refining and purification device to ensure the quality of SF6 gas purification and regeneration.

6. SF6 liquid filling function: A 40L cylinder can be filled with 50kg of SF6 in (5 - 8) minutes.

7. The SF6 purification and handling equipment is equipped with an intelligent cylinder storage device to achieve digital control of the cylinder storage and distribution processes.

8. An industrial control system is adopted: Full - touch - screen operation is available, and remote operation is also possible.

9. The SF6 purification and handling equipment can be optionally equipped with an embedded detection instrument to detect the purity, humidity, and decomposition products of SF6 gas.
